Tasks
Essential Skills• Completed vocational training in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience with tax or accounting software (DATEV preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex tax-related topics in a simple manner
• Team-oriented and service-focused mindset
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and tax processes
Profile
Job Responsibilities• Support customers in using bookkeeping and accounting software via phone, email, and remote support tools
• Resolve customer queries and provide technical assistance
• Conduct online and on-site user training sessions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve software quality and functionality
• Assist in implementing new legal and tax-related requirements within the system
• Participate in customer events, workshops, and industry exhibitions
