to strengthen our Industry Marketing team – at the earliest possible date
Your future field of activity
- You will be responsible for the strategic development and positioning of the business within defined market segments.
- You will shape and manage our portfolio of products, services, and solutions, develop customer-focused concepts, and ensure a competitive market and pricing position.
- You will plan and implement effective marketing and lead-generation initiatives to sustainably strengthen our market presence.
- Building and maintaining strategic customer and partner relationships will be just as important as analyzing customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and supporting product launches.
- You will initiate and manage development and innovation projects through to market launch, oversee budget planning, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
What we are looking for
- You have successfully completed a university degree in business, industrial engineering, or engineering, with the ability to bridge technical and commercial perspectives.
- You have at least five years of professional experience in technical sales, business development, or marketing – ideally within the relevant market segment – as well as a proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market opportunities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset combined with strategic thinking, a solid understanding of market, customer, and technology trends and a strong ability to identify customer value and compelling value propositions are among your strengths.
- You have professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level), German language is a plus, and you are highly proficient in MS Office and other relevant IT applications.
- You are willing and able to quickly develop expertise in carbon fibers and thermoset and thermoplastic intermediate products.
- A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach, together with strong communication and interpersonal skills, distinguishes you.
- A willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis and a valid Class B driver’s license complete your profile.
