Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated testing environments for product verification and validation.
- Develop and maintain PLC-based control systems using TwinCAT (Beckhoff) and Structured Text (ST).
- Integrate PLCs, sensors, actuators, I/O modules, and communication interfaces.
- Perform verification and validation testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support product commissioning and provide technical troubleshooting when required.
Profile
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with TwinCAT (Beckhoff) and Structured Text (ST).
- Experience developing and integrating PLC-based automation systems.
- Knowledge of electrical circuit diagrams and hardware systems.
- Experience with verification and validation testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- German language skills are an advantage.
