Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for digital platforms.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Drive the roadmap for mobile applications and web platforms.
- Improve customer experience through seamless digital journeys.
- Enhance self-service capabilities including account management, billing, and payments.
- Oversee internal platforms used by customer support and retail teams.
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and product quality.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations teams.
- Define product KPIs and monitor business performance.
- Establish product management best practices and continuous improvement processes.
- Lead product planning, prioritization, releases, and post-launch analysis.
Profile
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing high-traffic consumer mobile applications.
- Strong experience in digital products, customer experience, and platform management.
- Experience leading and scaling Product Management teams.
- Strong understanding of APIs, digital platforms, and modern product development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to make data-driven product decisions.
