Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall data analytics strategy across the organization.
- Develop and manage a modern analytics platform with real-time reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Drive product and business analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Enable self-service analytics for business and product teams.
- Implement AI and machine learning solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and experimentation.
- Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations.
- Define analytics standards, best practices, and reporting frameworks.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing analytics team.
Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Data Analytics with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong experience in Product Analytics and Business Intelligence.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience developing data strategies and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
