Tasks

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience with SAP FI/CO
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication skills in German (C2 level)

Profile

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant commercial qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Controlling/Finance
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO or similar ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and structured working approach
• Team player with good communication skills

Job Profile / Responsibilities

• Prepare profitability analysis, business cases, and investment evaluations
• Develop and improve reporting and controlling processes
• Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and present insights clearly
• Collaborate with different departments and support financial decision-making
• Assist in monthly/yearly closing, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide actionable recommendations based on financial data
