• They support the team in the calibration laboratory in processing customer orders.
• They perform calibration services, maintenance and repairs as instructed.
• They provide support in handling complaints.
• They prepare cost estimates for customers.
• They operate within the framework of accredited services according to ISO 17025-2018.

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in natural sciences, medicine, or a comparable field.
• They possess commercial knowledge.
• They are familiar with working in the laboratory.
• Ideally, you should have a Class B driving licence.
• They are proficient in using MS Office.
• They work in a service-oriented, independent and structured manner.
• They are characterized by reliability and teamwork skills.
