• Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

• You are a sociable individual with excellent people skills and the personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team.
• A meticulous individual with a great eye for attention to details and the availability to plan, deliver & evaluate an international activity & events program by constantly considering guest needs.
• Additional skills such as singing, dancing, are appreciated but not essential.
• You feel comfortable to communicate and host the Daytime & Evening events well in English and either German or Polish.
• Comfortable working in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all our guests.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will deliver a wide range of fun daytime and sport activities, while constantly interacting with our guests of all ages and nationalities.
• You also co-ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events for our main highlights of the week.
• You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction.
• You deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.
• You will have a high focus on planning and delivering our main events during daytime & evening to create a unique and unforgettable ambience.

ÜBER DICH

• Du bist eine gesellige Person mit ausgezeichneten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten.
• Du hast das Selbstbewusstsein, sowohl eigenständig als auch als Teil eines kleinen internationalen Teams zu arbeiten.
• Du bist sehr genau und hast ein Auge für Details.
• Du bist in der Lage, ein internationales Aktivitäten- und Veranstaltungsprogramm zu planen und durchzuführen wobei du stets die Bedürfnisse der Gäste berücksichtigst.
• Zusätzliche Fähigkeiten wie Singen oder Tanzen sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
• Du fühlst dich wohl dabei, Tages- und Abendveranstaltungen auf Englisch und Deutsch zu moderieren.
• Du arbeitest gerne in kleinen Teams, um unseren Gästen unvergessliche Urlaubserlebnisse zu bieten.

ÜBER DEN JOB

• Du bietest eine Vielzahl von unterhaltsamen Tages- und Sportaktivitäten an und interagierst dabei ständig mit unseren Gästen aller Altersgruppen und Nationalitäten.
• Du koordinierst und führst das Abendprogramm und die Veranstaltungen für unsere Wochenhighlights durch.
• Du stellst die Gäste in den Mittelpunkt und suchst den ständigen Kontakt mit Ihnen.
• Du bietest den höchsten Qualitätsservice und ein herausragendes Gästeerlebnis gemäß den TUI-Standards.
• Du legst großen Wert auf die Planung und Durchführung unserer Events am Tag und Abend, um eine einzigartige und unvergessliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen.
