Supervisor Spa Reception (m/f/d) Six Senses Spa - Winter season

To complement our team, we are looking for a motivated

Supervisor Spa Reception for the Six Senses Spa (m/f/d)

for the winter season 2024 (starting in December).

Your tasks

• Supervise and lead the spa reception team to ensure exceptional guest service
• Welcome spa guests and provide support before and after treatments
• Handle reservations, offer consultations, and sell various treatment options
• Manage daily correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly
• Perform general administrative tasks to support spa operations
• Oversee and sell products in the spa’s own shop
• Record and account for all services provided, followed by daily reconciliation
• Assist in and ensure the daily preparation and maintenance of the spa area
• Support the Spa Manager with controlling working times and planning the team’s work schedules
• Train and develop team members to enhance service quality and efficiency

What you bring

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience and interest in the spa and wellness sector within a 5-star luxury environment
• Service-oriented and friendly demeanor
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• Native German speaker with very good English language skills (French is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Passion and enthusiasm for the profession
