- Compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards in the back of house area
- Compliance with the HACCP guidelines
- Carrying out cleaning work in the scullery, in the kitchen, in the cold stores and in the storage rooms
- Working on the dishwasher, proper sorting and clearing of dishes, cutlery and porcelain
- Work according to daily and monthly cleaning plans
- Careful handling of the F&B materials
- Cost-conscious use of resources
- Professional use of the appropriate cleaning products and utils
Your Profil
- Work experience in stewarding / cleaning is an advantage
- Knowledge of English, German a nice to have
- Good physical resilience
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Independent, exact way of working
