Tasks & Challenges
- Responsible for order and cleanliness in the staff canteen and kitchen area
- Independent maintenance and cleaning of operating and kitchen equipment as well as dishwashers
- Responsible for monitoring proper waste disposal
- Ensuring hygiene in accordance with HACCP and internal 5-star standards
- Taking on additional tasks assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
Qualification & Competences
- First experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills in English
- Confident in meeting expectations and high standards
- Eager to develop the required skills
