Cookies Cream might have an exciting opportunity for you to join our international team as a Sous Chef (m/f/x).

If you have experience and confidence in managing a kitchen and are passionate about vegan and vegetarian food, look no further – this is the job for you. You will help lead a team that inspires you, keep spirits high, and focus on current goals.

AS SOUS CHEF YOU’LL…

  • Overseeing operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Writing duty rosters and managing staff schedules.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.
  • Assisting with stock control and ordering to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Optimizing production and storage processes for efficiency.
  • Hiring and training new employees to maintain a strong team and high standards.
  • Leading the team to deliver top-quality standards consistently on every shift.

This position is available immediately and on a full-time basis.

WHAT YOU BRING…

  • Have a passion for hospitality (if you know, you know!)
  • 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Be a role model in delivering food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a good communicator, so that the shift runs like clockwork.
