AS SOUS CHEF YOU’LL…
- Overseeing operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Writing duty rosters and managing staff schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and regulations.
- Assisting with stock control and ordering to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Optimizing production and storage processes for efficiency.
- Hiring and training new employees to maintain a strong team and high standards.
- Leading the team to deliver top-quality standards consistently on every shift.
This position is available immediately and on a full-time basis.
WHAT YOU BRING…
- Have a passion for hospitality (if you know, you know!)
- 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Be a role model in delivering food quality and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a good communicator, so that the shift runs like clockwork.
