Mögliche Aufgaben dieser Rolle
Our team HR Company Services is committed to enrich the experiences of our employees and visitors at the TRATON Hub in Munich. Be part of our highly motivated team that is responsible for facility and access management, travel and mobility solutions. Within the team you will be responsible for our Executive Conference and Guest Services.
You are responsible for managing TRATON´s company car policy, including steering of our internal service provider MHR.
- You implement and manage our new TRATON Mobility Budget concept, which supports a modern and sustainable mobility offering for employees and Managers.
- You drive strategic optimization projects of our Company Services offerings and tools, such as a new Merchandising Order-Platform, a Guest Management Tool and an improved Meeting Room Management concept.
- You are steering and coordinating cross-brand working Groups.
- You will take over the deputy role of the Team Lead of HR Company Services.
Anforderungen an die Qualifikation
- Master`s degree (or equivalent) in social, environmental or business studies
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in an international company and proven experience in areas of project management (ideally in HR) sustainable mobility services or digitalization
- Proactive and service mindset with a passion to drive continuous improvement in processes and policies
- Strong team spirit and international mindset are part of your personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (business fluent), Portuguese or Swedish will be considered a plus
