They are currently searching for a SAP SuccessFactors Team Lead to build out the team and lead projects.
Tasks
Develop and execute the organization's SAP strategy in alignment with overall business goals
Lead the global roll out of SAP HR & SuccessFactors solutions
Build and manage a high-performing team of SAP professionals
Assist with the implementation, optimization and roll out of SAP SuccessFactors
Ensuring project alignment with HR processes and customer requirements
Profile
2+ years experience of SAP SuccessFactors
SAP Employee Central knowledge
Strong communication skills
Languages - fluent German (C1)
