We’re supporting a global SAP Gold Partner in the search for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert to lead end-to-end international SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established SAP consultancy with 10,000+ employees, more than 30 years of industry expertise, and a strong European presence, delivering complex, high-impact Cloud and S/4HANA transformation programmes for major enterprise across the Pharmaceutical, Life-Science, Energy and Manufacturing sectors.

Tasks

In this role, you will lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation and rollout projects for our clients — from blueprint and design through to go-live and post-implementation support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising customers on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, system architecture, and integration scenarios within complex HR IT landscapes.
  • Taking ownership of EC-related topics such as organizational structures, data models, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, and localization requirements.
  • Designing and supporting global Employee Central templates and scalable SuccessFactors architectures, including local adaptations across the DACH region.
  • Conducting customer workshops, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional EC solution designs and system configurations.
  • Collaborating with international teams to drive and implement global HR IT and digital transformation initiatives with a strong focus on Employee Central.
  • Supporting integration and platform-related topics, including identity management and connected HR systems.

Profile

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors project experience, with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC).

  • Deep expertise in core EC functionalities, including:
    • Employee Central data models
    • Business rules and workflows
    • Role-based permissions (RBP)
    • Foundation objects and MDF
    • EC architecture and localization concepts
  • Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules and integrations is an advantage.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and business users.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required by customer projects.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
