Tasks
Providing functional and technical consulting to clients in the design and implementation of SAP HR solutions (e.g., SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors)
Supporting customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and adapting systems to evolving regulatory or organizational requirements
Planning and delivering SAP HR projects across the full project lifecycle — from concept development and process optimization to system configuration and user training
Analyzing HR business requirements, advising stakeholders, and implementing tailored, high-quality solutions
Profile
Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Strong interest in Human Resources processes and consulting
Experience in implementing or supporting SAP HR and/or SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Independent, service-oriented, and customer-focused working style with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Very good German language skills and good command of English
