Energize are currently partnered alongside a global financial services organization that is preparing for SAP S/4 HANA transformation in 2026. They are are currently searching for talented ABAP Developers and SAP Consultants with experience in any of the following modules - SAP Banking (CML, CMS, FPSL, AFI, TRM), HCM, SuccessFactors, BI/BW, FI/CO, Project Managers & Team Leads.
Tasks
Actively participate in the current ATLAS modernization project & support the upcoming S/4 HANA transformation
As an SAP Consultant/Developer, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP systems
You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, design SAP solutions, and ensure smooth system integration
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing concerns
Profile
Professional experience as an SAP Consultant or ABAP Developer
Good knowledge of SAP ABAP, Banking (CML, CMS, FPSL, AFI, TRM), HCM, SuccessFactors, BI/BW, FI/CO or Project Management / Team Leads
Proficiency in SAP configuration, programming, customization or integration
Excellent communication skills
Languages - fluent German
