SAP HCM Administrator (m/f/d) – Berlin | HybridWe are currently looking for an experienced SAP HCM Administrator to join our client’s team in Berlin. This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a well-established position from a long-standing employee who will be retiring at the end of the year.
Tasks
The RoleAs the SAP HCM Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s SAP HCM environment, ensuring smooth payroll and workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration and maintenance of SAP HCM and SAP R/3 systems
- Supporting payroll processing and working shift management
- Managing data transfers to social insurance companies
- Coordinating and implementing SAP system updates
- Ensuring stable and efficient HR system operations

Profile
Requirements- Strong experience with SAP HCM administration
- Experience supporting payroll and HR-related processes
- Knowledge of SAP updates and system maintenance
- Fluent German language skills are essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
We offer
Location- Berlin, Germany
- Hybrid working model – minimum 2 days onsite per week
- €65,000 – €68,000 per annum
- First stage – Online interview
- Second stage – Onsite interview
