Your future field of activity

• Management of the entire Food & Beverage department, including the restaurant, bar, breakfast area, room service and banqueting
• Creation of duty rosters and implementation of training and employee development programmes to build a strong team
• Ensuring and further developing high quality and service standards in all catering areas
• Active presence in day-to-day operations to support the team and ensure smooth running
• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and controlling cost of goods and profitability
• Developing seasonal F&B concepts, event formats, and special promotions to increase sales and guest enthusiasm
• Working closely with the kitchen, event sales, front office, and marketing to optimise all F&B processes
• Monitoring compliance with all legal requirements regarding hygiene, occupational safety and allergen labelling
• Selecting and negotiating with suppliers to ensure a high-quality, up-to-date product portfolio
• Providing impetus for innovative ideas and trends to further develop the gastronomic offering

Your profile

• Completed training in the hotel or catering industry as a solid foundation
• Several years of experience in the food and beverage sector, ideally in a comparable management role
• Proven competence in leading, motivating and developing teams
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and a good head for figures
• Passion for high-quality service, culinary excellence and guest enthusiasm
• Confident manner combined with organisational talent and clear communication skills
