Reservation & Planning Agent (m/f/d)

Tasks & Challenges

• Providing professional advice to guests and travel agencies/tour operators by phone and e-mail, taking into account guest preferences when booking rooms as well as selecting a program according to the Chenot Method®
• Planning of guest treatments in the medical spa department according to the Chenot Method® in terms of given time sequences as well as taking into account the availability of the medical staff with the software program Coffi
• Implementation of optimal guest care before arrival at the highest level, taking into account the wishes, needs and expectations 
• processing reservations with the hotel software programs Protel-Cloud and RIMS
• Ensuring optimal utilization of room capacity and room allocation, as well as the correct and continuous allocation of staff for medical treatments for each individual guest
• Selling additional services with regard to guests' needs and preferences
• Continuous communication and efficient collaboration with front office, housekeeping and medical spa department
• Sending commission invoice for travel agencies and tour operators

Qualifications & Competences

• Education in the hotel industry and/or graduate of a hospitality school
• Professional experience in the field of reservations or front office in the luxury hotel industry 
• High service orientation
• Structured, well organized and proactive
• Very good command of English (oral and written), additional language skills (oral and written) in French desirable
• Positive charisma
• Good rhetorical skills
• Good IT user skills in MS Office programs, knowledge of Protel would be an advantage
• High level of commitment, resilience, ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• A winning appearance and very good manners
