This is your new job
Create initial Business Case together with Product Management
Define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team
Team leadership for multisite industrial, outsourcing or optimization projects teams
Define project plans, resources needed and assign work packages within projects
Report project progress using milestones and gates towards stakeholders
Monitor project budget and timeline
Manage escalations towards stakeholders and / or Project Review Board
Drive Industrial activities/programs in the field of cost-down, outsourcing and supply resilience
This is you
Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related subjects
Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading complex projects in semiconductors or a similar technical industry
Extensive knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their application
Expert in scheduling, budgeting and project definition
PMP/PMI or Prince2 certification preferred
Ability to lead project teams in a global, intercultural environment
Expert in managing scopes, risks, change and international stakeholders
Solid knowledge of semiconductor technology desirable
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
High level of risk management proficiency
Resilient and assertive with a strong customer and high-quality focus
Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
Excellent communication and presentation/moderator skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex technical problems
Independent way of working and decision-making ability
