To strengthen our Controlling Division team, we are looking for a Performance Controller (f/m/d) at our location in Düsseldorf or Berlin or S' Hertogenbosch.
Aufgaben
Management Reporting: Responsible for the preparation of monthly management reports, including target/actual comparisons to track performance and identify deviations.
Data Analysis: Independent extraction of relevant data from various sources, ensuring validation, preparation, consolidation, and thorough analysis.
Results Presentation: Preparation and structured presentation of findings for decision-makers, supporting informed strategic decisions.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Handling of special inquiries and development of customized analyses to address emerging business needs.
Planning Support: Assisting in the planning process by providing data-driven insights and financial assessments.
Process & Tool Optimization: Conceptual development and continuous improvement of processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Profil
Education: Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on finance or controlling.
Professional Experience: Relevant experience in the field of finance or controlling, preferably gained in an international industrial company.
System Knowledge: Familiarity with S4/Hana Group Reporting, AP SEM-BCS, SAP BW and SAP Analysis is an advantage.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability for analytical and conceptual thinking, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making.
Numerical & IT Affinity: High affinity for numbers and IT, ensuring precision in financial data analysis and system interactions.
Team Collaboration: Team player with excellent communication skills, fostering productive interactions in a dynamic work environment.
Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in both German and English, ensuring effective communication in an international setting.
