Tasks

You are responsible for onboarding and training new partners, ensuring they fully understand the functional and technical capabilities of the software.

You build and maintain strong relationships with partners, while actively monitoring deal flow and steering efforts to achieve shared objectives.

You support partners during complex sales processes and act as a sparring partner. You ensure they have access to the right support and insights, including product updates and support structures.

You analyze signals from the German construction and installation sector and translate them into concrete opportunities and product improvements.

You act as the main point of contact for partners, guiding them both commercially and from a product and technical perspective.

Profile

You are a proactive relationship builder who understands the German business culture and knows how to translate complex software into clear commercial value.

You have a proven track record in Partner Success, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or the sales of complex software solutions. You are comfortable working in a B2B environment and know how to support partners throughout the full customer journey.

You bring solid knowledge of ERP systems or other business software. Experience within the construction sector or building services such as electrical or installation technology is considered a strong advantage.

You are fluent in German, both written and spoken. In addition, you have a good command of either Dutch or English, allowing you to collaborate effectively in an international team.

You are a strong communicator, results-driven, and enjoy working on creative solutions within complex software environments. You take ownership, think proactively, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
