Job Summary

As a Partner Manager you are exclusively responsible for the development and execution of the collaboration with one of the largest partners in Germany. Primary responsibilities include executing a company-wide strategy with a strong focus on developing initiatives to drive high growth and incremental revenue. Along with a team for these partner, you will actively engage with the Partner Sales and Consulting teams, as well as with the local NetApp Sales and Tech Sales to build sales execution and enablement plans. You are able to combine the unique capabilities of our partner with NetApp’s outstanding data-driven portfolio to excel the customer requirements.Youare accepted by our partner as “Trusted Advisor” across all hierarchical levels and thus ensure that the common goals are achieved.

Profil

  • Minimum 8 years experience in indirect Sales and practice. Primary in the Storage, Solutions or Infrastructure Market, at least in the IT market.

  • You must be self sufficient, results-driven, partner-focused, highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the IT market and the business models of our partners.

  • Proven sales success, outstanding communication and relationship management skills in a high technology, dynamic environment

  • Experience in working with virtual and spatially distributed teams.

  • Analytical skills, acquisition skills and basic technical knowledge support you in the customer-specific preparation of complex processes.

  • Assertiveness, customer-oriented action, negotiating power and flexibility are just as important as business-fluent English and German.

  • Execute the NetApp corporate Go-To-Market Sales Execution and Enablement strategy for strategic partners.

  • Develop opportunity and pipeline revenue growth with partner driven offerings containing NetApp.
