Duties and responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on our medical devices and related therapeutic / clinical content for different audiences, such as employees, business partners and customers – in topics related to hemodialysis, acute dialysis and/or apheresis
• Provide after-sales support to our customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Deliver training via various methods: instructor-led training, blended / hybrid learning, virtual classrooms
• Provide content support for the design and implementation of innovative digital training methods (e.g., mixed reality, 3D simulation)
• Collaborate with product management, R&D and other departments, to share insights and suggestions from the field
• Participate in congresses, symposia and workshops as a speaker and contact person for product and therapy-related topics
• Ensure that you stay up to date on emerging trends, clinical practices and technologies in the field of extracorporeal blood treatments

Professional competencies

• A medical degree with a specialization in internal medicine, preferably in nephrology
• Ideally, several years of clinical experience
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant processes in the healthcare field and hospital sector
• Ideally, practical experience in conducting training courses; at least, aptitude and enjoyment in imparting knowledge in analog and online teaching-learning settings
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German also advantageous
• Very good knowledge of common MS Office tools

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences and stakeholders
• Effective teamwork capabilities, with an independent, well-structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Willingness and readiness to travel and work in different settings and environments
• Passion for motivating others as well as enthusiasm for learning and sharing your knowledge and skills
