
Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)
Tasks & Challenges
The Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) will provide vital day-to-day operational and project management support across the Marketing department. This role will have a strong digital focus, ensuring the smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external digital agencies responsible for paid media, SEO, and website optimization. Additionally, the role will support various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and content production across our properties.
Digital & Agency Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for digital agencies managing paid search, display, social media advertising, and SEO.
- Coordinate digital campaign briefings, asset delivery, approvals, performance tracking, and reporting timelines.
- Assist in compiling monthly and quarterly reports, liaising with digital managers and agencies to ensure accurate data and analysis.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in managing website development requests, content updates
Team Support & Project Management
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, content schedules, and campaign trackers.
- Assist with internal reporting and presentation decks preparation for leadership and partners.
Content & Social Media Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager (Content & Social) to coordinate content shoots, organize assets, and track usage across platforms.
- Help manage the digital asset library and ensure team-wide access to updated brand materials.
Event & Campaign Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and property openings.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and on-site support when required.
Qualifications & Competences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or agency environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), email platforms and CMS systems (e.g. WordPress).
- Analytical mindset with basic reporting and data handling skills (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Main work language English. German, French and Italian are a plus
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude.
