Noord is a fine-dining restaurant on the 32nd floor of the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam, offering a spectacular panoramic view over Amsterdam. At the highest restaurant in Amsterdam, the view is paramount to what’s on your plate.  
 
We are looking for a Maître for our fine dining restaurant Noord. The highest restaurant in Amsterdam with a breathtaking view of the entire city. At Noord, high-quality products produced in the direct vicinity of the restaurant are used in cooking. The motto is therefore ‘What you see is what you get’. Everything at Noord revolves around quality products, which is also reflected in the rich and elegant interior. 
 
As Maître of Noord Restaurant, you are passionate about hospitality and have an eye for detail. Leadership flows naturally and your passion for fine dining and exquisite wines shines through in every interaction.
