Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

As an in-house technician, you will work with all departments of the hotel and, in addition to technical matters, you will also be responsible for the coordination of maintenance plans and calendars and their implementation by external facility management. It is important to you that our hotel always makes a good impression and you never lose sight of the safety of our employees. If something does go wrong, you report hazards, near-accidents and workplace accidents immediately. You always keep an eye on your to-do's and skilfully prioritize them according to urgency. Your tasks:

• Painting and decorating tasks
• Tiling work
• Carpentry and joinery work
• Basic plumbing tasks
• Grounds maintenance and upkeep
• Minor electrical work
• Conducting health, safety, and fire regulation checks
• Preventative maintenance and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Liaising with external contractors for larger or more specialized work
• Presentable, polite, and respectful interaction with hotel guests
• Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach
