In your role as Maintenance / Facility Manager (m/f/x), you will support our Operations Team on site in Mallorca.Tasks<ul>
<li>You will support our operations team on site in Mallorca and be responsible for the technical support and maintenance of our properties on the island.</li><li>You are handy and able to carry out minor repairs yourself.</li><li>Planning, coordination and quality assurance of maintenance and repair work carried out by external service providers.</li><li>Supervision of renovation work and management of tradesmen and suppliers.</li></ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>Successfully completed training or degree in a skilled trade, facility management, building services engineering or similar.</li><li>Extensive experience in property management and the implementation/monitoring of construction measures.</li><li>Strong manual skills and very good technical understanding.</li><li>High problem-solving skills and a lot of initiative.</li><li>Fluent Spanish and good English. Additional language skills are an advantage.</li><li>You have a class B driving licence.</li></ul>
