In this role, maintain our production facility to the highest cleanliness standards while occasionally providing transportation support for supplies and materials. Your work directly supports our food safety requirements and operational efficiency, ensuring our team can focus on creating innovative plant-based meat products in a clean, well-maintained environment.

Key responsibilities
Facility Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness throughout office areas, production facilities, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces according to established schedules and food safety protocols.
Waste Management: Collect, sort, and dispose of general waste, recycling, and specialized food production waste according to environmental regulations and company policies. Maintain clean waste storage areas and coordinate with waste collection services.
Transportation Support: Occasionally transport supplies, materials, or equipment as needed using company vehicles. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any vehicle issues to management.
Basic Maintenance Tasks: Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and reporting facility maintenance issues to appropriate personnel. Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) knowledge and use personal protective equipment appropriately. Report safety hazards immediately.
Profil
Experience: Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or facility maintenance preferred. Valid German driver's license (Class B minimum) required for occasional transportation duties.
Driving Requirements: Valid German driver's license with basic driving competency for occasional supply transport and errands
Job Requirements: This position involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials up to 20kg. Work includes handling cleaning chemicals and requires attention to safety protocols. Driving responsibilities require good vision and coordination.
Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards. Reliable work ethic with ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Trustworthy and discrete when working around sensitive business activities.
Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed. Availability for emergency cleaning or transportation requests.
