Wir suchen eine erfahrene und engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit im Bereich Device as a Service (DaaS), die die vollständige Implementierung eines DaaS-Projekts leitet und verantwortet. Die ideale Person verfügt über fundierte Erfahrung im Management großer IT-Hardware-Lifecycle-Projekte, in der DaaS-Beschaffung und im Bereich End-User-Computing. Ebenso wichtig sind ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Stakeholder-Management und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar zu kommunizieren. Diese Schlüsselrolle verbindet technisches Know-how mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis und starker Kommunikationskompetenz.
Projektleitung DaaS
· Verantwortung für die End-to-End-Umsetzung des DaaS-Programms – von der Definition des Umfangs über Planung und Implementierung bis hin zur Übergabe in den Betrieb.
· Steuerung des gesamten Lebenszyklus der Endgeräte – von der Beschaffung über Rollout und Verwaltung bis zur Ausmusterung.
Beschaffung & Lieferantenmanagement
· Steuerung und Optimierung der DaaS-Beschaffungsprozesse mit OEMs (z. B. Dell, HP, Lenovo).
· Führen kommerzieller Verhandlungen, Vertragsabschlüsse und Performance-Überwachung der Lieferanten.
· Aufbau und Pflege standardisierter Gerätekataloge gemäß den Organisations- und Gerätestandards.
Kundenbetreuung
· Hauptansprechpartner*in für den Kunden während des gesamten Projektverlaufs.
· Präsentation von Projektfortschritten, Zeitplänen und Risikomanagementmaßnahmen gegenüber Stakeholdern.
· Sicherstellung, dass die Servicebereitstellung den vereinbarten SLAs, KPIs und Kundenerwartungen entspricht.
· Erstellung regelmäßiger Review-Dashboards (wöchentlich, monatlich, quartalsweise).
Technische Steuerung
· Koordination mit internen IT-Teams für Imaging, Provisionierung und Integration von MDM/UEM-Systemen (z. B. Intune, Tanium, JAMF).
· Gewährleistung von Zero-Touch-Deployment und reibungslosem Onboarding der Endnutzer.
Tasks
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic DaaS Manager to lead and deliver a full-scale Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) implementation project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing large-scale IT hardware lifecycle management, DaaS procurement, and end-user computing solutions, along with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. This is a key role that demands technical proficiency, business acumen, and excellent communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end execution of the DaaS program, including scoping, planning,
implementation, and transition to operations.
• Own the full lifecycle of end-user devices — from procurement to deployment,
management, and retirement. Procurement & Vendor Management
• Manage and streamline DaaS procurement processes with OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.).
• Drive commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and vendor performance tracking.
• Build and maintain vendor catalogues aligned to organization/device standards. Client Engagement
• Act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the DaaS project lifecycle.
• Present project updates, timelines, and risk mitigation plans to client stakeholders.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
• Responsible for preparing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly review dashboards Technical Oversight
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for imaging, provisioning, MDM/UEM (e.g., Intune, Tanium, JAMF) integration.
• Ensure zero-touch deployment and seamless end-user onboarding.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security compliance. Budget & Cost Optimization
• Track and manage project budget, forecast hardware requirements, and report ROI. • Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimized procurement and asset lifecycle management.
