Your main tasks include, among others:
Support the Customer Service team in customer service activities for customers throughout the Americas
Create performance reports for existing Lufthansa Technik business in the Americas
Conduct market research in the largest aircraft maintenance market in the world
Support preparation of customer & management presentations
Actively participate in strategy summits & customer service conferences and contribute to the success of Lufthansa Technik in the Americas
* All other duties as assigned or required
Qualifikation:
We are looking for a high performer who is customer centric to support our EPAR Customer Service Team with their projects.
Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master program with an emphasis on Business, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics, Finance, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
Strong interest in business development
Fluent level of English
Excellent computer skills
Advanced knowledge of AI and MS Office applications
High level of self-management and drive to learn quickly
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
