Your Job
London, Dubai & Singapur? You won't only explore the most beautiful places in the world - you will also provide the most amazing vacation experiences to our guests!
- Overseeing of the compliance of all work flows within the hotel area with the agreed regulations regarding security, health, hygiene and environment such as USPH / VSP, Shipsan, HACCP, SQM and MARPOL.
- Overall responsibility for the IPM (Integrated Pest Management) including action taking and orders for the respective equipment.
- Conducting of internal hygiene inspections as well as supporting and participation in all external Public Health Inspections.
- Preparation, implementation and regular checking of all logs and check lists regarding HACCP and SQM.
- Responsible for all Hotel Utilities and the related administrative tasks, in close cooperation with the Sanitation Officer
- Conducting of trainings for the Hotel Support Team
- Contract length of your first contract: 5-6 months, following contracts afterwards possible

Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Certified, qualified training in hygiene or sanitation management or at least 2 years of job experience in a comparable function.
- At least 1 years of job experience, if possible on board a cruise vessel.
- In-depth knowledge of all relevant health and hygiene regulations.
- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is welcome
- Good IT knowledge (MS Office)
- Managerial skills, assertiveness, flexibility, organisational skills
- Ability to motivate employees
