Job Description:
We are looking for an applications support agent to join the current applications team, providing technical support and troubleshooting for different departments in different hotels.
Requirements:
· Strong hospitality background of hotels, understanding the needs and operational workflows of the different hotel departments
· Experienced with Opera PMS - Must
· Familiar with revenue management systems - advantage
· Self learner with strong team-communications skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
· excellent analytical skills, ability to diagnose and resolve problems
· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
· Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat
· Document support activities and maintain accurate records
· Coordinate with third-party vendors for application support
· Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
· Languages: fluent communications in English and German
