The Company

For a large German corporate group, we are seeking an experienced leader to head a company-wide data analytics program.

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for a data analytics program with a focus on measurable business value
• Management of a broad analytics portfolio and data-driven use cases
• Leadership of a program involving multiple interdisciplinary teams
• Close collaboration with business units to implement data science, machine learning, and AI initiatives
• Stakeholder management at the top management level

Your Profile

• Degree in a STEM field with a focus on data science, machine learning, or AI
• Several years of leadership experience managing data science or machine learning teams
• Solid practical experience with data science applications in corporate environments
• Experience leading strategic programs or transformation initiatives
• Strong communication skills and a pronounced business orientation
