Your tasks:

• Our guests value you as a reliable expert for the destination and as a competent contact person during their stay
• You answer all guest comments and inquiries (in-house, by email, by phone)
• You organize and plan supporting programs for special events
• You look after regular guests, VIPs, Member Club Always (incl. treatments)

Your profile:

• You are a host with all your heart
• You enjoy working in an international team, are communicative and reliable
• You have an independent working style, organizational talent and creative ideas
• You have an eye for detail and enjoy taking on varied challenges
• You have good German & English skills
