About us
We’re working with a growing, tech-driven consultancy looking to hire a Fullstack Java Engineer to build modern, cloud-based applications across a range of client projects.
You’ll work across the full stack — from backend services to frontend interfaces — contributing to scalable, production-grade systems while also having the opportunity to shape architecture and mentor others within the team.
Tasks
• Develop modern cloud-based fullstack applications using Java and TypeScript
• Work across technologies such as Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Design and implement technical solutions based on business requirements
• Build and deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
• Contribute to architecture decisions and system design
• Support and coach team members on tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes
• Act as a technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Profile
• 8+ years of experience in agile software development
• Strong interest in modern technologies, cloud, and best practices
• Experience with Java (Spring Boot)
• Exposure to frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue)
• Understanding of DevOps, containerisation, and cloud environments
• Pragmatic mindset with a willingness to explore new approaches
• Passion for clean, high-quality software development
• Based in Frankfurt or willing to commute 2 days on site
• Fluency In German (C1)
