Deine Aufgaben:

Unsere Gäste schätzen Dich als zuverlässigen Experten für die Destination und als einfühlsamer, vorausschauender Betreuer während ihres Aufenthalts schätzen.

• Freundliche Gästebetreuung und Beratung zu jeder Zeit
• check in / check out
• Kontrolle und Vorbereitung der An- und Abreisen
• Zimmerzuteilung
• enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen anderen Abteilungen

Dein Profil:

• Du bist Gastgeber aus Überzeugung und liebst die Arbeit mit Gästen 
• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise in der Hotellerie
• Erfahrung am Empfang wären von Vorteil
• Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist zuverlässig, ehrlich und freundlich
• Du hast Interesse die Nutzung eines der gängigen HMS, vorzugsweise Opera zu erlernen oder haben bereits  genutzt
• ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zählen ebenfalls zu Deinen Eigenschaften

Your profile:

• You are a host by conviction and love working with guests 
• You have completed vocational training, preferably in the hotel industry
• Experience at the reception desk in the upscale hotel industry would be useful
• You like to work in a team, you are reliable, honest and friendly
• you are interested in learning how to use one of the common HMS, preferably Opera or have already used one of these
• a strong sense of quality and responsibility are also among your characteristics
