I am currently seeking a Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) for a domain expert to lead key governmental healthcare projects focused on medication safety and seamless exchange between general practitioners (GPs) and pharmacies.

Here are the key details:

- Position: Senior Product Owne (m/f/d)

- Start: Mid-August 2026 (Before Sept 1st)

- Workload: Full-time

- Duration: 31.12.2026 (with possible Extension)

- Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite in Netherlands + 2 days remote

- Language: Fluent in Dutch

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for elaborating requirements for two critical governmental healthcare projects:
• • MP9: Medication exchange between GPs and pharmacies
  • VIPP Farmacie: Advanced medication monitoring by pharmacies
• Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into actionable user stories and product roadmaps
• Interface directly with governmental bodies, healthcare providers, and external program stakeholders in the Netherlands.
• Work closely with cross-functional development teams

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner in complex IT environments
• Domain Knowledge: Proven background in the ambulatory healthcare sector
• Strong experience with AIS (General Practitioner Information Systems) or PHIS (Pharmacy Information Systems) domains
• Proficient/Native Dutch is mandatory to communicate effectively with Dutch governmental authorities and ecosystem partners
• Strong stakeholder management skills, analytical mindset, and a structured approach to public/governmental standards
