The LEGO Group is seeking a Field Account Manager to support the execution of sales strategies, engage with clients, and foster strong customer relationships. Bring your sales competence and customer service excellence to the table and join our Field Sales Team to help us build outstanding retail partnerships—brick by brick.

The Field Sales Department serves as the direct link between our company and its clients, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue and fostering customer relationships. By engaging with both individual clients and those managed by our Key Account Managers (KAMs), the department ensures comprehensive coverage of customer needs and market opportunities.
In this role, you will support the broader organization by driving sales strategies that align with company objectives, thereby contributing to overall business growth. Your commitment to execution excellence—demonstrated through structured planning, effective time management, and diligent follow-up—will ensure the efficient and timely completion of all sales activities. By maintaining high standards in customer service and goal attainment, you will enhance cross-functional efficiency and ensure that client feedback and market intelligence are effectively integrated into our business processes. Execution excellence involves getting the most important things done, focusing on key priorities, and ensuring team alignment toward organizational goals.
Core Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
Sales Strategy Implementation and Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends and monitor competitor activities to find opportunities and threats.
Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare tailored proposals, lead pricing discussions, and finalize contracts in collaboration with internal departments.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems and regularly produce reports on sales activities, outcomes, and potential business opportunities.
Execution Excellence: Ensure efficient and timely execution of all sales activities through structured planning, exceptional time management, and diligent follow-up to maintain high standards in customer service and goal attainment.
Critical Metric Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics across all areas of responsibility, demonstrating a commitment to personal and organizational growth.
Do you have what it takes
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in field sales within your region
Strong track record of managing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present products and services effectively
Strong organizational skills with a focus on structured planning and timely execution of sales activities
Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the assigned region
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and objectives
Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing customer interactions
Fluent in German and advanced English language skills
