F&B Trainee (m/f/d) - 6 months, starting April or May

Tasks & Challenges

• Working alongside with the restaurant team: taking care of our international, demanding guests and ensuring a smooth running of breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Bringing our high quality and service standards to life, delighting our guests and provide personal and cordial support and advice to them
• Acceptance of guest complaints
• Carrying out room service orders as well as preparation of non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks

Qualifications & Competences

• Student of a recognised Swiss Hospitality Management School
• First experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry / catering trade
• Good communication skills to explain the Chenot diet
• Very good knowledge of English, any additional language as an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts (morning / evening) and split shifts (morning & evening)
• Positive charisma and outgoing personality
• Ability to work under pressure
• High quality awareness
• Teamplayer
