Your Future Responsibilities:

· Independent support and relief of the management in administrative tasks, including scheduling, planning, and organizing business trips.

· Be among the first to witness and contribute to new projects within our company.

· Participate in interviews for key positions within the headquarters or resorts.

· Support and manage hotel operations projects in collaboration with management.

· Draft meeting and handle correspondence in both German and English with investors, customers, and employees.

· Provide strategic and operational assistance to the managing director on various tasks and projects.

· Manage general office organization and correspondence for the managing director.

· Prepare presentations, reports, and evaluations.

Your Profile:

· Strong communication skills in both English and German.

· Previous experience in the hotel industry – advantage!

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Committed, resilient, and flexible with excellent reliability.

· Highly cooperative and dedicated, with a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.

· Independent, fast, and accurate work style.

· Willingness to travel frequently + has driving license and a car

· Confident, professional demeanor with strong organizational skills and structured work habits.
