Tasks & Challenges
- Prepare our specified vegan-detox menus
- Working according to HACCP
- Receiving food and storing it correctly
- Safe and responsible operation of kitchen equipment
- Working efficiently especially at busy times during lunch and dinner service
- Support in our staff canteen with the preparation of the menu
- Supporting the Chef de Parties
Qualifications & Competences
- Completed vocational training as a cook in the gastronomy / hotel industry
- First experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel / catering industry
- Attention to detail, creativity and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and enthusiasm
- Good knowledge of English, any other foreign language would be an advantage
- Positive attitude and team player
- Willingness to work split shift
