We're looking for a dynamic Cluster Sales Executive to join the teams at Moxy Bochum and Courtyard by Marriott Dortmund. What You’ll Be Doing to Drive Success
- Develop Sales Strategies – Create and implement sales strategies for Moxy Bochum and Courtyard by Marriott Dortmund to achieve revenue goals.
- Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management – Proactively identify and engage new business clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Conduct Sales Presentations – Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the hotels' offerings.
- Negotiate Contracts – Negotiate contracts and terms with corporate clients, event planners, and other key accounts.
- Manage Group Bookings – Coordinate and manage group reservations for corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
- Handle Reservations – Ensure all incoming reservations are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Market Research – Monitor industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Event Sales – Sell event and meeting spaces, collaborating with the events team to ensure smooth execution.
- Budgeting and Reporting – Monitor revenue and regularly report sales performance to management.
- Promotions and Special Offers – Develop and implement promotional campaigns and special offers to boost sales during low periods.
What Makes You the Ideal Fit
- Proven Sales Experience – Solid background in sales, ideally in hospitality or event management, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Organizational Talent – Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with precision and a keen eye for detail.
- Customer-Focused Mindset – Passion for delivering exceptional service and understanding client needs to create tailored solutions.
- Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM systems, reservation tools, and Microsoft Office; experience with sales reporting and analytics is a plus
