AS CHEF DE PARTIE YOU’LL…
- Execute dishes at Michelin-star level according to given specifications
- Manage mise-en-place planning and organisation for your section
- Support and guide Commis and trainees in your area
- Coordinate with adjacent sections for seamless service flow
- Uphold hygiene and workplace safety standards
- Support stock control within your section and communicate needs proactively
This full-time position is available immediately.
WHAT YOU BRING…
- Have at least five years of experience in a professional kitchen (an official culinary qualification is beneficial but not strictly required).
- Have a minimum of two years in a Chef de Partie role
- Have experience in fine dining or high-end kitchens (Michelin-level experience is highly desirable)
- Work with precision, structure, and attention to detail
- Are organised, calm under pressure, and a team player
- Communicate clearly and responsibly within the team
