- Support & Report to the Kitchen Supervisor and Sous Chef
- Ensuring cleanliness according to HACCP
- Preparing fresh ingredients and cooking according to specified menus
- Ensuring that products are stored correctly
- Safe and responsible operation of kitchen equipment
- Managing a station with one to two employees
Qualifications & Competences
- Completed vocational training as a cook in the hotel / catering industry
- Experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel / catering industry
- Attention to detail, creativity and reliability
- Resilience, flexibility and enthusiasm
- Good knowledge of English, any other language is an advantage
- Service-oriented and positive charisma
- Ability to work in a structured and organized manner
- Ability to work under pressure and team player
- Willingness to work split shift
