Tasks

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional market strategies targeting high-potential maritime hubs and emerging opportunities
  • Proactively identify newbuild and refit projects through market research, trade publications, newsletters, and industry databases
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, shipyards, consultants, system integrators, and agencies
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently — from lead generation and solution-oriented quotations to contract negotiations and successful project acquisition
  • Act as a trusted long-term partner for customers, ensuring sustainable account growth and identifying future service and upgrade opportunities
  • Collaborate with partners, agents, and stakeholders to strengthen market presence and customer success

Profile

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience within the maritime sector, such as shipbuilding, maritime services, or the supplier industry
  • Strong network within shipping companies, shipyards, and engineering firms
  • Proven track record in selling complex technical solutions and acquiring new business opportunities
  • Experience in strategic market analysis and regional business development
  • Confident in conducting contract negotiations and managing project-based sales in English
  • Skilled in building and managing partnerships with agents and system integrators
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-driven, and confident personality
  • Willingness to travel internationally and engage with global maritime hubs
