Asian Chef (w/m/d)

Your tasks

• Ensuring an authentic and contemporary food offer in consideration of the seasonal products of the original country and creating the menu in collaboration with the Culinary Director and other Asian Chefs
• Creating new asian dishes (indian, vietnamese, thailandese) and specialities
• Preparation of Asian cuisine as well as the handling of products, production and cooking techniques from Asia
• Cooking in the open show kitchen in front of guests

Your profile

• Education as Chef in an asian country, excellent knowledge of traditional Asian cuisine
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt traditional recipes to modern culinary trends
