  • Project Management: Oversee a 24-36 month project pipeline, tracking stages, values, and conversion rates using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and platforms like ConstructConnect or Dodge.

  • Collaboration: Share project insights with the sales team and coordinate with top manufacturers during the bidding phase.

  • Data Management: Organize interaction data in the CRM for consistent tracking and follow-up while respecting architects' processes.

  • Lunch and Learns: Conduct CEUs as needed, enjoying flexibility in expensing meals and events with company support.

  • Travel: Travel up to 60% for in-person meetings, prioritizing daily interactions while nurturing long-term architect relationships.

* Build on a strong foundation of current projects across Germany

* Enjoy competitive total rewards, car allowance/mileage, and flexible expenses for high-ROI activities like dinners or events, in a role kept focused on strategic long-term wins.

* Build and nurture strong relationships with the top 20-30 architect firms across Germany, becoming top of mind for consultations on engineered wood.

* Respond to architects' queries while gathering fresh information on early-stage future projects, primarily commercial, to track their progress over 1.5-2 years until ground-breaking.

* Track and manage a project pipeline for the next 24-36 months, including number of projects, stages, estimated values, and conversion rates using tools like Microsoft Dynamics CRM and platforms such as ConstructConnect or Dodge.

* Cascade project details to the sales team and coordinate with top manufacturers when projects reach bidding phase, facilitating their work without overlap.

* Input and organize detailed interaction data in CRM for regular tracking and follow-up, ensuring meticulous attention to architects' processes and timing without rushing decisions.

* Conduct lunch and learns or CEUs as needed (no set limits), with flexibility to expense meals, events, or high-ROI activities, using good sense and company support.

* Travel up to 60% to visit offices in person, focusing on being part of daily interactions while respecting the long-term nature of architect relationships.

Profile

* Bachelor's degree required. Business, Architecture, or other relevant discipline.

* Fluent English language skills.

* 5+ years experience sales/business development in the architectural space, with background nurturing relationships at top architect firms; THIS IS REQUIRED

* Strong organizational skills: proficient in CRM (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) for tracking/details/follow-up.

* Strategic mindset for long-term nurturing of major accounts, seeing value in meticulous detail; (not pushy/short-term), with experience respecting architects' design phases/timing (average 1.5-2 years per project).

* Comfortable in high-growth environments with entrepreneurial elements (building as we go), but able to stay focused on long-term pipeline amid short-term team excitement.

* Ability to work as part of an ambitious team, with a flexible attitude to tasks in support of other team members when required.

* Based in southern or western Germany. Travel up to 60% across the country
