Your Responsibilities

• Develop Python backend applications (Django, Flask, FastAPI)

• Build AI-driven features: embeddings, vector search, semantic search

• Create and manage REST APIs

• Automate backend workflows using Jenkins pipelines

• Optimize SQL databases for performance and reliability

• Ensure system scalability and stability

• Work with AI, frontend, and product teams in Düsseldorf

• Take part in agile ceremonies and code reviews

• Support tech stack improvement initiatives

Your Profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in Software Engineering or Computer Science

• Python backend development experience is a bonus

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts

• REST API, CI/CD (Jenkins), SQL experience

• Docker is a plus

• Git proficiency

• Fluent in English; German is optional

• Excited about building AI-powered backend systems
